Temporary lane closures will be a result of the Museum expansion construction and is anticipated to begin in February 2016 and continue until February 2017. Construction will be occurring along 6th Avenue between C Street and A Street and along A Street between 7th Avenue and 5th Avenue.

• One lane on 6th Avenue and one lane on A Street will be closed the full length of construction, from February 2016-February 2017
• Two lanes on 6th Avenue will be closed intermittently on Saturdays and Sundays from April 16th, 2016 – June 4th, 2016 and from September 2nd, 2016 – October 29th, 2016

During construction, carpooling and the use of alternative routes is strongly encouraged.

Alternate Routes:
Eastbound Traffic:  3rd Ave, 4th Ave, 7th or 9th Ave.
Northbound Traffic:  E St, Ingra St, Cordova St.
